LSPT Consulting provides professional consulting and strategic advisory services. Our role is that of an Independent Advisor. Nothing in these terms or our professional relationship shall be interpreted as creating a legal partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. We don't act as an officer or agent of your company, and we don't have the authority to bind your business to legal or financial obligations.
All content on this website and all materials provided during an engagement are the exclusive property of LSPT Consulting.
The 90 Day Foundation™ is a protected trademark. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided during your engagement for your internal business operations. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary frameworks, systems, or documented processes to any third party without express written consent.
While we provide compliance guidance and HR strategy, LSPT Consulting doesn't provide legal, tax, or medical advice. Our advisory is based on professional experience in people operations. We strongly recommend that you have your legal counsel review any significant policy changes or employment decisions to ensure they align with your specific industry and local requirements.
We provide both recurring advisory services and one-off strategic projects. The specific deliverables and timelines for these "sprints" will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work via HoneyBook. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our core areas of expertise.
The client retains full and final authority over all business decisions. LSPT Consulting isn't responsible for business outcomes, financial changes, or employee claims resulting from the implementation of our advice. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or engagement period in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled within this jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
