What the site stores in your browser
The public LSPT website does not use advertising cookies.
Temporary form drafts use session storage in the current browser tab (lspt-form-draft-v1). They keep your typed answers through a refresh for up to two hours and are cleared after a successful submission. Security tokens are not saved; consent checkboxes must be selected again after a refresh. Drafts are separate from analytics storage.
The first-party local-storage value lspt-analytics-v2 saves your choice as on or off until you change it or clear site data. After you allow analytics, PostHog stores an anonymous identifier under ph_<project-token>_posthog in local storage and session coordination values in session storage. Withdrawing permission clears SDK persistence. These values do not contain form answers. No analytics cookies are used.
Optional website analytics and replay
With permission, PostHog measures visits, clicks, heatmaps, performance and successful submissions, and records movement through public pages. Recordings include public page content while hiding form contents and submission messages. Private confirmation, unsubscribe and editor pages are excluded. Names, email addresses, form answers, request bodies and console logs are not collected by this integration.
Analytics traffic uses f.lsptconsulting.com, a PostHog managed proxy processed by Cloudflare. Anonymous identifiers can connect visits in the same browser. We do not create person profiles or use advertising tracking. Session recordings are configured for 30-day retention.
Scheduling and other providers
After you submit a consultation request or choose a scheduling link, you leave the LSPT website to choose a time on our HubSpot booking calendar. HubSpot may use cookies or browser storage under its own terms and privacy notice.
Hosting and security providers may keep server logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Server logs are not browser cookies or local-storage entries, but they can include technical request information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your controls
Use Manage cookies in the footer to review necessary storage and allow or reject optional analytics and replay. Analytics remains off before permission, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. Withdrawal stops collection and pending requests. If you allow it again after withdrawal, analytics starts on your next page load. You can also clear site data in your browser.
Necessary browser or server technology may change if LSPT adds a client portal or another service. This notice will be updated before a new nonessential technology is introduced.
