Who we are and what this policy covers

LSPT Consulting, LLC (“LSPT,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a workforce and organization consulting firm based in Metro Atlanta, Greater Houston and Greater Texarkana and working with companies across the United States.

This policy applies when you visit lsptconsulting.com, send a contact or consultation form, subscribe to Real Talk, request a download or otherwise communicate with us through the website. Information handled during a client engagement may also be covered by the agreement for that engagement.

Information you choose to give us

We collect the information you enter or send, which may include:

• Consultation requests: your name, work email, organization, role, the support you would like, any question or decision you want to discuss, who is involved, preferred timing and whether you asked to receive Real Talk.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, organization if you provide it, the reason for your message and the message itself.
• Real Talk: your email address and where the signup form appeared. Public downloads do not require an email address.
• Other communications: information you include when you email, call, schedule or otherwise communicate with us.

Please do not put confidential employee information, health information, financial account information or other sensitive personal details in a website form. If details are needed, we will ask for them through an appropriate channel.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers receive basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, error information and automated signals used to prevent spam or abuse.

With your permission, we use PostHog to measure public page visits, clicks, heatmaps, loading performance and completed form submissions, and to replay interactions with public pages. Replays can show public text, images, scrolling and pointer movement. Form contents and submission messages are hidden; confirmation, unsubscribe and editor pages are excluded. We do not send form answers, names or email addresses to analytics or use it for advertising.

PostHog receives technical browser and device information and an anonymous browser identifier that can connect visits. We do not identify visitors by name or email or create person profiles. Page URL query strings and fragments are removed from analytics URLs. Network request bodies, headers and console logs are not recorded.

Cookies and browser storage

While you fill out a contact, consultation or signup form, we temporarily save a draft in this browser tab so your answers survive a refresh. Drafts expire after two hours and are cleared after successful submission. Security tokens are not saved; consent checkboxes must be selected again after a refresh. This necessary storage is separate from website analytics.

The site stores your analytics choice in first-party local storage (lspt-analytics-v2). Analytics starts only after you choose to allow it. A previous permission for Google Analytics does not enable PostHog.

After permission, PostHog uses first-party local storage for its anonymous browser identifier and session storage for session and replay coordination. It does not use analytics cookies in this configuration. Local storage remains until cleared or withdrawn; session storage is tied to the browser tab. You can withdraw permission at any time using Manage cookies in the footer. Withdrawal stops collection, blocks pending analytics requests and clears SDK persistence; it cannot recall data already received.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we keep analytics off. You can also clear saved preferences through your browser settings, although that may prevent the site from remembering your choice.

How we use information

We use information for the purposes described when it is collected and to:

• Review and respond to consultation requests and contact messages.
• Send a copy of a submitted form and prepare for a requested conversation.
• Make public downloads available and send Real Talk when you choose to subscribe.
• Manage subscriber preferences and honor unsubscribe or privacy requests.
• Schedule meetings and, if we work together, take steps toward or perform an engagement.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and communications.
• Maintain appropriate business records, enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to operate the website and communications. They process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments. Current provider categories include:

• Cloudflare for website hosting, technical logs, form processing and automated bot protection.
• Resend for transactional email, Real Talk delivery and subscriber records.
• HubSpot for relationship records and processing contact and consultation requests.
• HubSpot for scheduling. After you submit a consultation request, we direct you to our HubSpot booking calendar to choose a time. Your name and email prefill the booking page, including when you use the link in your consultation email. Other consultation answers stay out of the scheduling link. Information you enter on the booking page is handled under HubSpot's terms and privacy notice.
• PostHog for website analytics and session replay, with Cloudflare processing analytics traffic through our managed proxy at f.lsptconsulting.com. This is a US PostHog project; provider infrastructure may process traffic in other regions.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers who need it to assist us; when required by law, legal process or a valid government request; to protect rights, safety and security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or transfer of all or part of the business. We may share information when you direct us to do so.

Real Talk, downloads and unsubscribe choices

To subscribe to Real Talk, check the box agreeing to receive it and submit your signup. The optional Real Talk box on a consultation request works the same way. We add you to the subscriber list and send a welcome email without asking you to confirm by email.

Public downloads are available without an email address and do not change your Real Talk subscription status. Newsletter signup is a separate choice.

Every Real Talk email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email us at any time. We may retain a limited suppression record after an unsubscribe so we do not add the address back by mistake.

How long we keep information

We keep consultation requests, messages and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Subscriber information is generally kept while the subscription is active. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, we may keep the minimum information needed to honor the request, prevent abuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the applicable provider's practices.

Analytics events are retained according to our PostHog project settings. Session recordings are configured for 30-day retention. Withdrawing browser permission stops future collection; contact us about deletion of information already held.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to the website and access controls for the services we use. No online service, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used. You can unsubscribe from Real Talk through any email and change analytics preferences through the footer.

Send privacy requests to legal@lsptconsulting.com. We may need to verify that the request is from you and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights; we will respond as applicable law requires.

Children

This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Other websites

The site may link to websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and change the last-updated date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
